HS C12G-ECO  Automatic velcro attaching

Efficient and cost-effective attaching of velcro tapes !

Automatic cutting of velcro tape from a roll to the programmed length and loading
into the holding clamp. The operator loads the garment over the pre-positioned
tape, the tape is therefore underneath the garment. After sewing start the
sewing is fully automatic.

• Cost-effective automation because no extensive electronic control unit

• The velcro tape can be attached in different forms as for example "an
  all 4 sides" or as "envelope bartack", the sewing programs are
  custom-made.

• The exact positioning of velcro tape and the programmed sewing along
  the tape edge result in the highest possible reproducible quality
  

• Easy change to a different velcro length and/or velcro width due to the
  most up to date conception of the mechanical components. No input on
  the low-cost control unit necessary, only change of feeding plate,
  adjustment of sewing clamp and selection of the new sewing program
  is required. This enables to change to another velcro dimension in the
  shortest time
  

• Practically no training time and maintenance due to this unique and simple
  concept of the automat
  

• Highest productivity compared with a conventional lockstitch machine.
  The operator only has to insert the garment. Fully automatic sewing
  along the tape edge, no turning of garment is necessary

Options:

• Conversion kit (feeding plate) for an additional
  dimension of velcro tape
  

• No longer sharp velcro corners, because of round
  cutting or at an angle of 45° while cutting the tape
  to length
  

• HS 1022-K crank pedestal instead of
  HS 1001 Z-frame with castors:
  infinitely variable height adjustment for an ergonomic,
  standing or sitting operation, also suitable for working
  with 2 machines simultaneously
