HS C12G  Automatic label attaching

Automatic cutting to length of labels or optionally of velcro tapes from a roll,
feeding and attaching on all 4 sides or on both sides (left and right) with free
programmable bartack machine

• Cutting of labels  to the programmed length and feeding underneath the
  sewing clamp. The operator positions the garment underneath the cut to
  length label. Fully automatic dropping, fixing on the garment and attaching
  of the label after sewing start.
  

• Exact clamping of label and programmed sewing along the outer edge of
  clamp resulting in the highest reproducible quality.
  

• Cost-effective automation: only the label dispenser is required, without
  expensive holding and positioning system on the sewing head
  

• The sewing programs are custom-made, for example for sewing on
  all four sides or only on both sides (left and right)
  

• The operator can easily change to a different label size in a few minutes
  without tools, which is achieved by the high-tech electronics and
  mechanical components. Adjustments only by changing the sewing
  clamp and by setting the associated sewing program.
  

• Highest possible productivity compared with a conventional lockstitch
  machine. The operator only has to insert the garment, sewing along the
  label edge is fully automatic, no turning of sewing material is required.
  

The workstation HS C12G can be combined with:

• HS 972 elastic ring automat:
  Due to the direct transfer of the sewn elastic ring it
  is possible to attach the label automatically onto the
  finished elastic ring.
