HS C12H  Automatic label attaching

Automatic attaching of labels, sewing on all 4 sides or both folded edges with
free programmable lockstitch bartack machine

• High productivity is achieved because of the high speed bartack
  machine and automatic label dispenser
  

• Automatic cutting to length of label from a roll, cutting, positioning under
  the sewing clamp and attaching of flat label or both sides folded
  

• Seam pattern programming by SCHIPS AG or directly on the machine
  by the customer, for example for sewing on all 4 sides or only on both
  folded edges
  

• The operator can easily change to a different label size in a few
  minutes without tools, which is achieved by the high-tech electronics
  and mechanical components. Mechanical adjustments are made by the
  automat and all information is stored with the garments data in the
  control unit EST 40
  

• High productivity compared with a conventional lockstitch machine. The
  operator only has to insert the garment, fully automatic sewing along
  the label edge, no turning of garment is necessary
  

• High reproducible quality because of the precise clamping of label and
  of programmed sewing along the outer edge of clamp
  

The workstation HS C12H can be combined with:

• HS 972 elastic ring automat:
  Due to the direct transfer of the sewn elastic ring it
  is possible to attach the label automatically onto the
  finished elastic ring.

  Thermal sealing hot cutting system instead of a
  conventional knife for a clean label edge through
