HS C12H / HS C12N  Automatic label attaching

Production line with two sewing stations and the corresponding label dispensers.


HS C12N / sewing station 1 (on the right) :
Fully automatic continuous attaching of the small label to the large labels from
a roll with a free programmable lockstitch bartack machine.

Positioning of the small label under the tape with the large labels and
attaching of the small one from a roll.

• Automatic cutting to length, cutting and feeding of the small label to the
  sewing position and attaching with predefined bartack program
  

• High productivity is achieved due to the high speed bartack machine and
  automatic label dispensing without intervention of an operator
  

• High flexibility by easy conversion to other label sizes
  

• Different monitoring functions for a fully automatic operation without
  intervention of an operator
  

The large label is pulled off from a roll and it is fed to the label dispenser of the
sewing station 2 after attaching of the small label.

HS C12H / sewing station 2 (on the left) :
Automatic attaching of the large label, for example on the left and right side of
label, either flat or folded on both sides, to the garment with free programmable
lockstitch bartack machine.

• Automatic cutting to length, cutting and feeding of the large label with the
  pre-attached small label and positioning under the sewing clamp.
  Attaching to the garment with predefined bartack program
  

• High productivity due to the high speed bartack machine and the
  automatic label dispensing unit
  

• High flexibility by easy conversion to other label sizes

Independent use of both sewing stations is possible as individual workstations
HS C12N or HS C12H.

 

Options:

• Printer for printing sizes or other variable information
  onto the label
  

• HS 1022-K crank pedestal instead of
  HS 1001 Z-frame with castors:
  height adjustment by handle for ergonomic standing or
  sitting working operation
