Fully automatic cutting to length and bartacking of flatseam chains
(optional: overlock chains).

• Suction of the thread chain into a tube, which is integrated in the needle plate
  support. The suction is activated automatically by a photocell as long as the
  garment covers it.
  
  
• The thread chain is cut exactly to the required length, in order that also
  the bartack of thread chain end is neat and secure.
  
  
• The suction tube for the remaining thread chain is positioned along the
  cylinder arm, so that the cylinder arm keeps practically its original size.
  
  
• It is possible to sew conventional standard bartacks as well as bartacks
  with thread chain bartacking without mechanical conversions.
  
  
• Depending on the machine control unit also various bartacking programs
  (for example with or without thread chain bartacking) can be processed in
  a pre-programmed sequence.
  
  
• This patented concept ensures absolutely an accurate and secure sewing
  (bartacking) of thread chain.
  
  
• SCHIPS AG offers practice proven bartack programs and sewing clamps.
  According to the sewing clamp version, sewing of only crosswise or only
  length bartack or also of crosswise and length bartacks is possible. Due to
  the flexible design of the free programmable electronic bartack machines,
  specific adaptation of bartack programs for the customer can be easily
  realized.
