HS C2A-TSF  Overlock with tape sewing foot

1 needle cylinder-arm overlock machine with feeding tapes on top and bottom
instead of the conventional sewing tools for absolutely flat seams.

• Ideal range of application on very difficult, slippery materials with
  tendency to fold. Optimum also for micro fibre fabric, mesh fabric, curly
  and very thin materials.
  

• No fabric plies displacement, the top and bottom feeding tapes are
  driven by intermittent separate stepper motors, suitable also for striped
  materials.
  

• Soft sewing, without tracks due to the tape feed, no damage of the
  sewing material, because no feed dogs are required.
  

• The tapes on top and bottom, which are driven stitch synchronized
  allow an absolutely antivibration feeding on a consistent height level,
  the garment is completely flat on the stitch plate and is no longer lifted
  by a feed dog.
  

• Possibility to sew extremely narrow curves due to the special
  conception of the mechanics.
  

• The efficient control unit EST 40 with plain text allows an intuitive
  handling for an  individual, high precise operation of high complex
  materials.
  

• Ideal application of the sewing machine head also on automats.
