HS C50G  Label attaching by heat

Attaching of labels from a roll by heat. Automatic, high accurate cutting to length,
cutting and feeding of a label due to the SCHIPS label dispenser HS 800 proven
for years.

• Due to the label attaching by heat, sewing of label is no longer required,
  i.e. you need no sewing machine and you have therefore no more
  troubles with needle or thread break, etc., caused by sewing
  

• No cutting of the too long start- and end threads required
  

• No visible seam on the outside of the garment
  

• Highest possible productivity due to the fully automatic cycle and the
  overlapped working with 2 heating stations on one table, the operator
  only has to load and to position the material and to activate the working
  process.
  

• Operation on 2 heating stations is possible
  

• High safety system, which allows to start the heating process by hand
  switch with only one hand and without power
  

• Easy conversion to another label size
  

The following versions are available:

• HS C50G-A1 : 1 heating station on one table
  

• HS C50G-A2 : 2 heating stations on one table
  

The workstation HS C50G-A1 can be combined with:

• HS 972 elastic ring automat:
  Due to the direct transfer of the sewn elastic ring it
  is possible to attach the label automatically by heat
  onto the finished elastic ring.
