HS C8N  Automatic label attaching

Automatic label attaching with 1 thread blindstitch machine, Lewis 160-20 with
6, 8 or 12 tacking stitches

• High productivity is achieved because of the high speed blindstitch
  machine and label dispenser
  

• Automatic cutting to length of label from a roll, cutting, positioning of flat
  or both side folded label into the holding clamp and attaching on both
  sides (left and right)
  

• High quality, the sewing material is only inserted, fully automatic sewing
  cycle after start
  

• Free selection of 1 or 2 tacking points, left and right each
  

• Due to the blind stitch no visible seam on the back, resp. on the exterior
  side
  

 

Options:

• Manual loading station with automatic label feeding to
  the sewing position instead of the label dispenser (only
  1 tacking point left and right each possible)
  

• HS 1020-K Crank pedestal instead of
  HS 1001 Z-frame with castors:
  frame with infinite height adjustment by handle for
  ergonomic working
