Fully automatic production of elastic rings

• Highest possible quality and precision is achieved by the most up to
  date mechanical components and powerful control unit, which is easy
  to operate
  

• Automatic feeding, measuring, cutting, bartacking and stacking
  

• Elastic length : Minimum 250 mm (Ø=80 mm),  maximum 9999 mm
  

• Elastic width : up to 60 mm (larger widths on inquiry)
  

• Possibility to close the elastic ends as butt joint or overlapped. Bartack
  programming specially at customer's request. Due to the free
  programmable bartack machine free selection of number of stitches
  and bartack pattern is possible
  

• Possibility to work with different materials as woven elastic tapes, silicon coated garters, etc.
  

• High flexibility of the automat due to the fast change of ring size, elastic
  width, overlap, etc.
  

• Optimum and reliable monitoring of the complete operation process, the
  operation states as empty thread bobbin, stacker completely loaded,
  etc. are electronically monitored and shown on the control panel
  

• Highest possible productivity due to ingenious system and fully
  automatic operation without operator
  

• Presetting for " rings per bundle", i.e. when  the production of the
  preselected "rings per bundle" is finished, the stacker turns to the next
  stacking position, when the stacker is completely loaded, the automat
  stops and the corresponding message will be displayed
  

• Due to the electronically controlled pre-feeding, the elastic tape is fed
  without tension
  

• Due to the disentangling device, feeding of elastic tape is not only
  possible from a roll, but also from cartons or other boxes
