Thermal welding / printing station for applications in the sector of
thermal transfer-printing, optimised for the very efficient attaching of
transfer-printing labels and flock logos.

• The welding or printing press (heating plate) and the lower counter plate with
  the dimension of 100 x 60 mm has optimally been adapted to the size of
  transfer-printing labels and flock logos, resulting in a very compact welding /
  printing station, which allows an ergonomic and efficient working.
  
  

• The heating-up time after switching on the device is a fraction of the time
  compared to similar transfer stations with often over dimensioned presses
  and counter plates for labels and logos.
  
  
• Due to our experience of many years in the sector of sewing labels we have
  adapted the mechanics and pneumatics of welding station such that the
  highest possible speeds of pneumatic movements are achieved.
  
  
• For safety of operator the start of welding cycle is only possible by activating
  simultaneously both hand switches mounted on the left and right side of
  welding station, which ensures that both hands of operator are needed to
  activate the welding cycle.
  
  Optionally, simplified start systems are available for activating the welding
  cycle, as for example only one hand switch, knee or foot switch, which only
  have to be used with the required guards.
  
  
• The handling and adjustment of welding station is very user-friendly and
  reduced to the essential elements. The operator only has to adjust the
  temperature, the pressure and the duration for the welding cycle.
  
  
• The welding station HS 980B can be used as a "stand alone" device or it can
  be integrated in a workstation or automat. Furthermore specific customer
  requirements and also workstations with more than one welding stations can
  be realised.
