Highest possible productivity due to the ingenious system and fully automatic operation without operator. Consistent high quality and precision is achieved by the most up to date mechanical components and powerful control unit, which is easy to operate. High flexibility of the automat due to the fast change of ring sizes, elastic widths, overlap, etc. Possibility to close both elastic ends, butt joint or overlapped. Bartack programming specially at customer‘s request. For elastic widths from 5 – 60 mm (larger elastic widths on request). Optimum and reliable monitoring of the complete operation process.

New option: Tape joint detection

For recognition of the bonded joint of 2 tape ends, with a new sensor. Aluminium bonding tape is not necessary for detection, the sensor also identifies paper and plastic adhesive tape joints. The high scanning speed doesn’t affect productivity. Optimal installation of the sensor is possible due to its compact design.

After recognition of the joint, the software calculates whether or not a complete piece still can be produced. The tape is then transported to just after the adhesive joint and cut. The waste will be discarded.

Marking pen

A marking pen places programmed marks during the elastic feed. The number of points as well as individual positions can be freely programed in millimetres. The time which the cylinder is activated for will be defined in milliseconds.
